Data Replacement via Spreadsheets

I currently am looking for a developer for the following project. My developer has backed out at the last minute causing some problems. I have a huge chunck of VB code that I need someone to add a procedure to. Here is what is needed to be done. Using the 15 csv files you will replace the appropriate fields with the matching ID. For example using the [login to view URL] spreadsheet: a. You will locate what columns needed to be changed (I will provide that information to you) then find the matching value in a csv file that I will provide. The csv file will contain a value and an ID. You will then take the matching ID and replace the value in the first spreadsheet with the matching ID (overwriting the orginal value.) b. Save all spreadsheets as text delimited files. I will provide the VB code which you will build on - I will also provide the sample data and detailed instructions. I assume this should be easy for someone will the right VB skills. I am in a hurry to get this completed and would like to have it by Thursday or Friday.
