REQUEST FOR QUOTE (fixed price) Overview: Build the system core (named Plattform), for our plattform www.mywclub.com. You can find the description and architecture overview in the attached pdf. Details: The Plattform have basicly the following system parts: * Core, which runs on server(s), which offers various methods via WCF services to consuming portals and systems, eg [login to view URL](UserID) We think about more or less 40 main methods * Gateway implementations: Connect external systems to the core, like for the Messagebox, where we need a Email and SMS gateway implemented and for the Digital Wallet integration of EFT banking * Search Service: This is the main part of the Core. This means building a advanced DB, with categorization and taging (keywords) plus geolocation searches. This will be based on SQL Server 2008 DB and Apache Solr Search Server. The search service on GUI side works with Ajax calls and need to be highperfoming * Admin GUI: This is the administration, ASP.NET based, where the administrator can handle and overview all services, gateways and connected portals data (last point is NOT part of this request for quote) and integration of reports (reports himself are NOT part of this request for quote) Like descibed in the overview pdf, tecnology used is .NET 4.0, ASP.NET 4.0, AJAX, SQL Server 2008, Apache Solr The core needs have to be build a way, that we can run it redundant and is able to be loadbalanced. REQUIREMENT for Service Supplier: - we can only accept offshore companies, no "standalone" freelancers or virtual teams. We need the possibility to visit the company office, if needed from our side. - good english communication skills, text and voice - Communication via Skype Chat/Fone, at least with the PM and where needed with the responsible architect - Project Management with our own PM Online Tool (bugnet) - 100% of source code is our property after full payment - Daily Checkin on our SVN server - All source code and DB is well commented, using well known standards - Signing our NDA
