Convert a WPF C#.NET 4.0 application to WinForms VB.NET 3.5

I have a application called Container Tracking System which was developed using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) technology, C#.NET 2010 and crystal reports for VS2010. Unfornately, this application is way ahead of time and is not consistent with current in-house application and does not have support base nor resource. Therefore I am now task to get someone to convert to Windows Forms, VB.NET 3.5 SP1, and crystal Reports 2008. It has about 1700 lines of code, 22 WPF Pages, 6 Projects in one Solution, 4 Crystal Reports and the database is in MS SQL 2008. Successful bidder will be provieded the source code and the database. Requirements 1). Convert application to Windows Forms VB.NET 3.5 SP1, Crystal Reports 2008 2). Once completed the new application must work the same way as the old application. 3). For unconvertable features, recommendations can be made and I will give final approvals. 4). Currently, it takes a long time to load a page, data access layer can be improved to make reading and loading data faster. 5).Test the application and reports to see if it can be access and data updated and reports showing when running on a Network, i.e., database on a different server and application on a different computer. 6). Project to be deliver within three weeks of successful bidder selected 7). Sucessful Bidder will be required to provide project and payment milestones.
