Access 2010 Contact Management

I need a a contact manager to do the following: Record New Contacts automatically in 'students', 'church' or 'field' categories (these categories should be editable and the ability to create new categories should be there). I need to be able to input appointment times with each contact (student) and to also input the teacher's name who visits them, the subject covered and the subject to cover next (a 'comments' field should also be available to write any comments for each contact). Upcoming appointments within the next month should appear on the 'front' of the database for easy viewing as soon as you open the database - if possible this should automatically update with Outlook Calendar (This would be a real plus!!!). The database should include the ability for me to create customized reports on the varying information input; such as - bible studies vs visits, male vs females, age of persons, quarterly reports - etc. Please view the excel file I've created to give you an idea of what I'm information I need in the database.
