Australian required to be a director of my Australian corporation...

I have a Canadian online business selling legal forms: www.dynamiclawyers.com. I am looking to expand my business to Australia in the coming weeks / months. To do so, I will be creating an Australian corporation. Australian laws require that I have at least one (1) resident director (i.e. someone who is Australian) sit on the board of my corporation. Here is what being a resident director of my Australian corporation involves: 1. Putting your name and contact info on certain corporate and government documents 2. Maintaining the corporation's minute book (a minute book is just a binder that contains documents related to the corporation; I will provide this) 3. Forwarding any corporate mail to me by scan and email 4. The director will be insured for liability and compensated every year 5. Opening up a bank account for the corporation in Australia. 6. Find a lawyer / accountant / bookkeeper for me so that I can engage them to take care of the Australian corporation's needs from here. As you can see, it's pretty easy stuff. You DO NOT need to know anything about Australian laws. Your biggest asset will be that you are a resident in Australia and that you are trustworthy, organized, responsive, and capable of completing various administrative tasks (when called upon from time to time). I will take care of all bookkeeping, accounting, banking, taxes, etc. from Canada (and hire Australian professionals) in order to comply with Australian laws. I just need someone local to set things up from the get go (as mentioned above) and periodically forward me documents by email. I am a lawyer here in Canada and I pride myself on being professional, ethical and responsive. I expect no less from whoever is going to sit on the board of this corporation. I will be the only other director. I am looking for tech savvy individuals who can fill this role. There may be other roles and responsibilities added later on as we expand our business (for which we will re-negotiate compensation), but the above will do as a starting point.
