Art Stream is a digital art service and distribution platform containing a large selection of “feel good” digital artworks (mainly natural pictures - landscapes) that are shown in pre-installed digital frames in Schools: - Inside the classrooms providing students with a high quality digital art service that includes real-time change of content using their device of preference (tablet, mobile) having beneficial effects on their blood pressure, heart rate, depression, anxiety and stress. - In the common area creating a delightful environment and reducing the levels of stress, anxiety and depression among students. Current situation: Surveys show that 70% of the students suffer from stress, anxiety and depression as this 3 main mental illnesses have sky-rocketed in the last years. - This situation has generated that nowadays, due to DEPRESSION (30% of the total students), the danger of suicide among young adults (18-24) is the 2nd most common cause of death among college students. - Equally, due to STRESS, affecting 70% of the total students, has provoked that 22% of the stressed students tend to isolate themselves and 19% leave education early. - And so ANXIETY, affecting aprox. 50% of the students… the average high school student nowadays have higher levels of anxiety than an average psychiatric patient in 1950s. Our solution (a stress, anxiety and depression reliever): - For kids, the place is considered the “3rd teacher” (kids learn from parents, peers and space) the solution creates a unique space letting the kid be able to modify his/her surrounded area boosting the creativity. - For high schools and colleges, the solution generates a dynamic environment letting the student control the environment giving him a sensation of comfort thereby affecting his/her mental health and well-being (as has successfully being proved in hospitals) and thus boosting his/her creativity “Education does not change the world but changes the people that will change the world” + “The solution will improve the chances of success of the people that will change the world”
