Create an App project cross platform to be populated by XML files

Concept: Develop an App cross platform to help people during Olympic Games in Rio. A translated Menu based on XML files, one for each Location with translated options in the Menu. General: • The app must be cross platform and will work offline after download in Stores, • Will be populated by XML files to populate the field with XMLs • The app will contain 5 screens - 1 Start Screen (Loading page) and another 4 screens that will be populated by XML files. • We will need the Project so we can Debug and create the APK • The prefered language to use is C# because we want to edit when necessary using Xamarin for Visual Studio • App will be updated when necessary direct from Store, so, the XML files should use a specific folder (easy to change the file), so, when it's necessary, we just change(update) the file and update the version of the app. We already have the Screens and Requirements (Including the template of XML file) with the Data Dictionary (attributes that will populate the fields) ___________________________________________________________________________________ 1st screen Start screen with logo _____ 2nd screen 1 image with logo - link to website 1 dropdown of location - 1 XML to increase and decrease number of listed items - autocomplete search tool 1 dropdown of language - XML to increase and decrease number of items based on the available languages for the first location _____ 3rd screen • The result from the selection in the first screen (location and language) with the fields populated by XML 1- Name of location, description from XML and logo (picture) (from XML) 2- Autocomplete search tool 3- Filter tool for "selected items" 4- List of items grouped by Type (food)(a,b,c,d,e); (follow)(d,f,g,e,a); (drink)(h,t,y,o,r); (dessert)(e,f,g,h) (from XML) Link to Location detailment (4th Screen) Link to Item detailment (5th Screen) Link to Back _____ 4th screen Big picture with better resolution, name in local language and description about location (from XML) Informations about Location: phone, email, adress (from XML) Link to Back (keep the selected items) _____ 5th screen Detailment of selected item from the list with translated language (from XML) Link to Back (same screen) (keep the selected items)
