Add Extra Page to my React.js UI -- 2

I want to add a page to my React.js/Redux UI. This page will do the follow: 1.) Display same design theme flow of entire site: example like footer and navigation bar, etc 2.) I want to display all 216 TV Channels from (Mongo DB) in Alphabetical order (A, B, C, to Z). This does not mean a slider. This is simply images on each row. 3.) As the User Scrolls down. More Channel Images/Logos Appear in Pagination form. Like a red spiral and more appears as customers (End Users) scroll down. Must start work now. You will have a local setup and commit to Git when done. Must have experience in node and react. Not beginners experience but very good experience.
