App for Android

Need someone to build an app for me. This app is kind of an alertapp that will alert other drivers about surten delays in the traffic like vehicle control by governments, weight control and/or document control. This app must inculde Google Maps, and the phones GPS navigationsystem. All info shall be collected by users using only buttons to register an event. When one of the alertbuttons is activated, the app should store GPS-data to the Google Maps so users know where the event are. All eventalerts should be alerted with a sound, and a pop-up with text of type of alert, and where. I also want it to be multilanguage so I need the oppertunity to add lang_files (english as default). It must also be ready to upload to Google Play, and have autoupdate. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
