Development of sales training course - cross selling

I am looking for support in the development of a sales training course covering cross selling of professional services in a financial services environment. The work required is design of a 2-hour activity-intensive training course, which includes presenter's materials and participant workbook. The goal is to provide clear understanding of how to effectively cross-sell professional services, what questions to ask, and how to up-sell. MSPowerPoint is fine for presenter information, with the participant's workbook best as a MSWord file.
