1. Gather requirements if not already gathered 2. Prepare functional specification if not already prepared. 3. Detail out functional specification. 4. Decide technologies that will be used for the project. 5. Decide architectural pattern and design patterns. 6. Develop architectural document. 7. Develop high level design document. 8. Develop low level design documents. 9. Develop the code as per functional specification and design documents. 10. Test the code and fix the defects. 11. Deliver the code.
