Also audio clips/files should be converted to text. Audio files are conversation call between customer service team and customer. 2 way communication call To accurately convert audio files to text. Preferabky using open source tech. Exp in Google Speech API. Both option to be provided . 1) For linking audio to Speech API and converting 2) offline Speech translater
