I would like to get a webapp (or something) similar to [login to view URL] However, see my attachments for the rough differences. Like the Oola tool, it would have subset questions but it would also display them like in my illustration (7fs). I have been working on this tool for a while and noticed the Oola one last week. I have the start of one built in excel (attached as well). I am thinking the overall score (the outside circle) would be minimum 8 (if 0 was the centre and 10 the outside) and the max a 10. It would likely be made up of a calculation of the other parts that make that section up. Content will all be provided, I need this to go in an iframe or possibly right on a wordpress-like site. There will be a few questions before it's awarded. Please provide links to something similar and any ideas that may help.
