Crystal Report Developer

I am a beginner with Crystal Reports and I am in need of someone with more advance skills in developing reports in Crystal Reports XI. I will be looking for you to tutor and work on the development work for me. I have to modify an existing report to allow for selecting multiple years for analysis. In addition to other questions that will come up during the session. I will host a Live Web Session and you can walk me through with writing it. Sample code I am trying to figure out.
