Cloud-based application

We are looking to develop user friendly and intuitive cloud application that can be used with minimal intrusion. Essentially we would like it to back up the exact interface as a VIRTUAL MACHINE of the user platform onto our hosted cloud, and allow this virtual machine to be accessed from any compatible devices. For example, your laptop PC (windows) would be copied identically as a virtual machine, hosted on our cloud and would be accessible via the users Windows Tablet or Desktop Computer. We would like it to have the same functionality for Android devices. We are looking for basic functionality at the moment, as we are looking to get a BETA version out as soon as possible. The point of this application is to break down the barrier between devices, and allow seamless access to any given device via a central cloud for different purposes.
