Build Twilio API-based SMS handler for collecting data (within 24 hours!)

Basically, we want to create an SMS-based opt-in system for screening users for phone interviews with market researchers. Users will send a pre-selected word (e.g., "anyone") to a set number (e.g., 23382374342) to opt-in. Next, users will be asked background demographic questions (e.g., location, age, and gender). We will predefine the questions. Next, users will be asked an additional requirement screen (assuming that their demographics match the needs of the customer); this will be hard-coded for the time being. If the user responds with their name to the additional requirements screen, then the user will be matched with the customer, who will call the user at a later point. We will provide the phone number to the customer directly at this point. Project MUST be completed within 24 hours of acceptance. Background can be on Heroku or Firebase, but will need to be connected to a page that will show the data for us for easy visualization. Our use case: 

 1.) Users will opt-in by SMS and answer basic questions about their demographics based on the flow chart FIGURE 1 to be pre-qualified for a voice interview. 2.) Answers will be saved in an online database. (We will need access to this database) 3.) Customer will have pre-defined queries for the data and those who match the criteria will be sent an invitation based on Figure 2. USERS who match the pre-qualification criteria will be sent additional requirements. If they meet those requirements and are interested, they text their full name to participate. SMS will be sent by Twilio, will share login / password for setup purposes Scenario: USER: John Smith, 23 year old, Male, Finland opts-in by sending "anyone" to 22233334444 John is presented with the sequence of questions Customers: Coca Cola want the list of all USERS who are between 20-25, male or female, in Finland
