Add some extra features to existing MVC application

I\'m looking for a developer to help me with user registration process. At present user registration process involves 10 screens. Developer will make changes in our exisiting MVC application. Screens are simple but i need someone who can think out of the box and discuss on application architecture. I\'m looking for someone who is excellent at work and can automate the user registration process. Below are the project details and payment terms. [A] User App [1] Step 1- User will have two option to choose from [a] Individual User [b] Insured/Corporate User Process Flow - Individual user directly goes to Step 2 without inputting their login details. Individual users will be created directly. So we don\'t need any admin function on it. Individual users will not be treated as subject and will not have any insurance related details. Individual user will not interact with Subject, Query tool, Bulk upload etc. Corporate users will see login option and will input login details to go to step 2. Insurance ID and Last Name will be treated as password. User will input both details without any space. [2] Step 9- Add a payment integration to PayPal. Once user payment process is complete then only he/she will go to step 10. After paying only user will be treated as registered/confirmed user. If user leave the process in between and come again then he/she will be required to enter all information again. As old information will be deleted if he/she didn\'t pay and exit. Different type of users will pay different price. I will confirm payment amount for both users. [3] We need to replace date picker with a better one. [B] Admin App: [1] We need password management so that we can change password for admin. [2] We need [login to view URL] for all big text input such as [a] Step 2 \"Terms Of Use\" [b] Step 3 \"Warning\" and [c] Welcome Letter which we send at the end of last step. [C] Implement CSS in both app as well as we need proper footer. CSS details will be taken from - [login to view URL] Few more bullet points - [1] Application source code should be with proper comments. [2] We should handle errors properly. By displaying a dialog for it. [3] Code quality will be checked. [4] Delivery on time. [5] Expecting someone who can start the work from today or max 18th Jan, 2016. [6] 30-45 days support after delivery expected. So that we can test it thoroughly and get all issues resolved. Payment will be done in 3 parts - 34% on delivering a complete app for testing 33% on delivering bug fixed with a final app with source code. 33% after one month of support.
