ATS/SQL/Azure -- 2

Project must be completed in two weeks 1) Setup AZURE to host our new (WordPress) website (from Tranquil Blue) 2) Setup AZURE for a SQL database to receive data from an outside source (CostPoint Cloud SaaS). Currently: An email with an attached report is processed and data from report Is loaded into a database table for reporting. Based on what I heard I believe the CTALS application is processing the data and importing into tables for reporting 3) Modify the webrequest email code (attached C#) to work from AZURE or Office 365 to send out emails. Move database to SQL server.. Hook up new UI. Setup .Net project for csharp code: Includes sending a response email to the person making the request, Creating data for the inquiry, saving any attachments, and generating an email to send to proper person in company based on the page the web request was made from 4) Modify the CTALS email code (attached VBA) to work from AZURE or Office 365 to send out emails. Move database to SQL server. Change Access application to point use ODBC DSN to migrated database. Email is generated when user clicks send in Access UI, this portion includes: reading template and database information to generate email to send off to the customer who made the inquiry 5) Test connections They wrote the original VBA CTALS code and highlighted the section that needs code change. This uses CDO MS schemas to configure and communicate with EXCHANGE. They wrote the C# webrequest code similar to mine. I also highlighted that code section that would need modification. Both work very similar in that they search and replace text within a template and use other database information for the address and text data. The code is fairly simple to read and figure out how that is done. Note: Both the CTALS and Webserver are currently onsite and communicate locally with EXCHANGE.
