Se need to develop a complete turnkey software intimately integrated with specific hardware (common hardware) and high security. This software should allow the hardware to play a video file/files from a local storage device and provide a comprehensive UI to select videos. Content encryption should be highly secure and with low resource consumption. Both the server and app software should be built. We'll wait for suggestions regarding language, architecture, etc.
