Custom WordPress Plugin Modification

We have developed a custom plugin for our website but need some customizations I have a WordPress website that some of it's functionality run on a custom plugin. However, it lacks having most of it built into the dashboard and instead I need to use lots of shortcode, create php files, copy and paste. It's very difficult to add, edit and manage, having to do all of this manual work. I will provide you with a screencast recording that will will need to watch to see how I currently perform theses I would need this plugin to be upgraded so all of its functions can be easily done from within the dashboard itself You will need to create a prototype to show what the end result will look like
