Create a Simple 3 level Wordpress Membership site

I need a 3 level membership site done in wordpress using a wordpress plugin. The membership must be able to integrate with, paypal and clickbank and protect pages,I have one page for each level that I need protected. Level 1 be able to only see x page Level 2 be able to see y page Level 3 be able to see x, y and z page.
