Depending on your startup stage and idea we have to adjust the campaign but here will be my basic steps.
- Initial touch base discussion,
> I suggest a video call with you presenting your idea and presentation deck etc.
> this is the stage where I grill you on both your idea, progress and each team member's abilities so that I know who I am going to help bring out to the public
> You should probably be also giving me a demo as I assume you have at least a prototype (considering this is a PR campaign)
> output will be a meeting note on what we discuss and you can add onto those if I missed out something
- Analysis
> I will boil down my thoughts
> I will ping you a couple more time for details as I do my own research and form my concept
> Output will be a one-pager of my take on your startup
- Concept formation
> What channels to use who to reach out a broad stroke
> Skype call with u guys on the concept
- Detail plan
> time lines detailed, people to reach out confirmed etc
- Execution
> actual execution of the plan,
> excludes design, copy writing but
> can include helping reach out to the appropriate journalists on your behalf
