delphi code mods and bug fix(repost)

I need some code changes to a simple Delphi application. The code requires adding delphi source code that has been supplied from a third party vendor. They have supplied working code so it needs to be copied into my application. The second part is to write some CGI scripts (modify existing scripts) to work with web server. The code is very simple and the application is simple so this should not take very long for a skilled person. Source code supplied of course for existing application and new code mods
