DirectShow Application

I'm looking for a demo application, written in the language of your choice, which will create a list of all webcams in a drop-down list. When the list changes, the selected video source will show up in the window. This application must use the DirectShow Libraries, or [login to view URL] libraries. It must run on all versions of Windows XP, Vista, and Win 7. Completed project must contain the following: 1) Source code in original form. 2) Compiled application. 3) Source code in text or PDF file (easier reading/printing).
