creating MSI packages with Wise Package Studio 8

We need assistance in packaging 64 software installation files (MSI) by using Wise Package Studio 8. As a rule, MSI packages have to be created following a guideline which will be delivered by us/the end customer. The guideline is currently available in German language and would have to be translated if the packager has no command of the German language (we would do the translation). Nevertheless, German speaking bidders would be appreciated but are no requirement. We are looking for an packaging expert, not beginners. Current state is that circa 64 packages have to be created and tested until end of october 2011. Virtual machines for packaging will be provided by us (for the sole use of packaging these MSIs). Wise Package Studio will be preinstalled on these virtual machines (for the sole use of packaging these MSIs).
