Assist me with Bulk Marketing and manufacturing

I own a company which has developed a hi-tech lubricant designed to reduce unproductive downtime and suitable for the following applications: engines (petrol, diesel, gas etc.), gearboxes (manual, automatic, reduction), hydraulics. In fact, this was designed to suit practically all applications where lubricants are used. It is a 10W30 semi-synthetic oil concentrate metal treatment which is used as an additive but the point of difference being 1) it's used in small quantities 2) it treats metal (both ferrous and non-ferrous) NOT oil 3) can be used as an oil i.e. to use in 100% as opposed to just 10% as prescribed WITHOUT damaging your engine. (Try that with other additives and see what happens!) The target market is as follows: Mining, earth moving, plant hire, construction, marine, trucking, industrial and domestic vehicles (taxi fleets, light motor vehicles and motorcycles) I am looking to appoint a sole distributor in India, preferably a company that already supplies a customer base and has a technical background. I would be interested in securing a contract with an oil blender/manufacturer who could manufacture this product in India with the view to adding a small percentage of this formula to a select few of their existing oil products in order to create a "Top Shelf" range, delivering significantly enhanced performance which would lead to greater market share and profits.
