AdWords Complete Revamp

Are you an AdWords Genius? We need you (because we aren't). We have used PPC even before Google entered the game (GoTo, Overture, etc.) We currently have 1500+ AdWords keywords/keyword phrases and have completely stopped managing our own account (too many other things took priority). We have not maintained our bids, managed our account, added fresh keywords, dropped dead keywords, properly identified opportunities, etc., in more than a year. To begin with, all of the current keywords and bids should be assessed and adjusted. Additionally, we need our ads re-written pointing deeper into our site than just the home page. (As an example, we have been selling printer consumables for nearly 25 years and each make/model of a machine has its own landing page, so its PPC keywords and ads should point directly to that machine's product page so the prospective customer is given the exact "dead on" content they are seeking.) Though I indicated this project would only last 30 days, we would like to employ whoever successfully wins this job on an on-going basis to monitor and maintain our account.
