I took up Information Technology and my technical skills include Basic Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. My past jobs are Admin Assistant (Email Handling), Staff in an Internet Café, Data Encoder, Administrative and Clerical tasks and a Call Center Agent (Back Office Position).
I have been working from home as a Virtual Assistant for 4 years and 3 months in a BPO Industry. I have done different kinds of task including assisting customers and responding to their queries. I also did Data Entry jobs using MS Excel and Google Drive. With my experience in Data Entry and Email Handling, I believe that I can contribute the things that I've learned from it. And I love to communicate with people, because for me communicating with people is one way of developing and enhancing your self-confidence towards others.
I am willing to be trained and I pay attention to details and make sure my work is accurate and done.
