I am an interior designer and need to have a rustic rendering turned into a digital rendering that resembles an artist's "perspective."
The end result would represent the exterior of a screened porch, which steps down to an outdoor space with pergola, then leads to an open space of decking (with a trellis), which is adjacent to a paved area with a fire pit, all surrounded by lawn with simple ornamental grass-like plantings.
I can provide a camera shot of the rustic rendering I have on hand and general, approximate, dimensions of each area mentioned. Generalities are acceptable as I only want to show my client a holistic vision and plan in 3D. The freelancer would have some creative license with the 3D model as they see fit.
I believe the project can be completed on-line and virtually, by someone who has Sketch-Up skills or other similar CAD skills. I believe the project would take approximately 3 -5 hours and I have allotted one week's time allowance and a budget of $15.00 per hour.
