Hi, We usually take pictures for reference and sculpt them in Zbrush for a high realistic poly model and make the model topology in Maya for rigging and animation. We can make a test or show some work done in Zbrush using Skype or a Record Video of the process to create it if you want.. I can use the reference images you will provide. Based on them I can model various objects such as furniture etc. During the modeling process I will keep you posted with draft images so you can monitor your project at all times.
