Architectural lighting and design

I need a stunning architectural lighting design throughout an apartment of two living rooms, two bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and two bathrooms. This involves architectural lighting design - recessed in ceiling and walls and floors, and other decorative light fittings, chandeliers, fibre optics (star ceiling), lit covings and skirtings, and led panels or backlit features. Also decoration for Flooring, walls and ceiling. This may involve the tiling layout, wall tiles, decorative trims, designs for acrylic fabrication, mirror shards, polished plastering, vaneers, glitter wallpapers, paint etc. and will involve a fitted headboard in the master bedroom. The focus here is on the ability to perform architectural lighting designs, and create a balance between ambient lighting and general lighting, and also use colour temperatures in the design. I will accept proposals for remote work as I have architectural plans for the property. Must provide CAD designs, plans and architectural specifications of layout and fittings for tender by builders. Mood board. 3d images with rendering must be provided at 2 pictures for each room.
