Architectural Visualization - Photorealistic

Hello, I need a person who will make me a photo realistic rendering of a building. In total there will be up to 3 weeks available for this project. I expect to have few representative rendering in the end. These are required to be of have high quality, and photo realism when presented in the last phase. During this project I can assist you with modelling of the building, which is very simple and minimalistic, so you will not have a bunch of details to resolve. I prefer modellers who are using Rhino 3D for building structure, so that we can work together. There is no abundant budget to this project, but If you prove to be competent, I will be glad to establish long term collaboration on similar projects. In the attachment you will find the level of rendering I would like to have in the end. (these are the random samples) ... When applying to this job, please show the samples of your previous works.
