Build a 3DS Max environment for a technology demo

We are looking for an extremely talented artist to build an environment. The environment must be built inside 3DS Max 9/2008/2009, lit with a high quality renderer such as Mental Ray or VRay and then imported into our rendering system which runs inside Max as a plugin. You will receive a copy of the plugin software for our renderer to carry out your work. Experience of building scenes which run well in realtime is a must e.g. games Please note - this is for a technology demo and as such must be extremely eye catching and a high standard of work. The scene does not need to be particularly large but detail and quality are paramount. Skinned animated characters could be used if you think they will add to the atmosphere of the scene.
