Create a python sentiment analysis tool and that gets data from twitter API, instagram API and facebook API

I need three proof of concept command line tools. One for twitter, one for instagram, one for facebook. The twitter one takes any of: twitter username, search terms, or geo location (or a combination of all) and retrieves/streams tweets, stores them and runs English sentiment analysis on the tweets (also to factor in retweets and likes), giving a result that gets re-calculated every minute or so. The instagram one takes any of: instagram username, search terms, or geo location (or a combination of all) and retrieves/streams comments/likes/etc, stores them and runs English sentiment analysis on comments and likes, giving a result that gets re-calculated every minute or so. The facebook one takes any of: facebook username, search terms, or geo location (or a combination of all) and retrieves/streams public facebook graph API data, stores it and runs English sentiment analysis on comments and likes, giving a result that gets re-calculated every minute or so. You may use tweepy for twitter and nltk for sentiment analysis. You may use anything else as long as it is open-source. If you feel that we should utilize a third-party data provider, such as [login to view URL] or lexalytics, then feel free to recommend/discuss before starting project.
