Build a module for text extraction from websites

Given a specific URL, this function should navigate the HTML tree for that page, and return a list of the html in each section following h2-6 elements, and all parent titles for that section. for instance: <h2>foo</h2> <p>bar</p> <h3>foo3<h3> <p>bar3<p> returns [{'foo':<p>bar<p>},{'foo/foo3':<p>bar3</p>}] This project must be built in Python 3. Libraries such as beautifulsoup or requests are encouraged if suitable.
