I'm looking for someone who knows how to configure an OTRS Installation and speaks excellent Englisch even better is fluent German. My organsation probalby just will need you telling us which buttons to press in ordner for us to get the basic setup we need. OTRS is allready up and running, it's just about configuring a few features. I assume it will be a total volume of about 10 work hours. and then a few hours every ones in a while when something comes up
