Creating a simple iphone application

Create a very simple iphone application that has an animation of a smart male dressed in a nice business suit with nice business shoes. He will be holding $100 bills in both of his hands with a big smile on his face.? When the user presses on the male, speech bubbles should pop up with text. Each time the user presses on the white male, a new speech bubble will pop up with text.
