Convert Website from flash to .html

We are looking for an experienced .html coder, with attention to detail, to convert our clients site [login to view URL] (remove the x's) from Flash to .html. There are about 20 pages that we would like to be in pure .html without any javascript. Php, includes, or other non .html elements. The gallery which consists of about 60 images can use javascript, but should still be built inside of an .html page and should function the same as it does now. This should be an easy job for an experience coder. Please do not bid unless your attention to detail is very good. We are looking for someone that can "exactly" replicate the look and feel, including fonts, layout, and design. We do not have the source flash files, but do have the .swf files available for you to use. Any questions please let me know.
