Design a modern splash screen to a Windows software. The dimensions should be about 490x377 px, final delivery in high quality JPG and PNG files, as well in the original PSD (or similar) file format.
The splash screen should contain the product name: "jv16 PowerTools 2012". For a reference, included is a screenshot of the current splash screen of the software, as well as a few screenshots to show you the overall look of the software.
