Advanced Retouching with Adobe Photoshop

ABOUT US We are a high-end photography studio based out of California that specializes in Newborn, Maternity, Boudoir, and Family portraits. The majority of our work is shot in-studio or at the beach. You must be able to do the following, as our most common retouching requests are: - Skin slimming & smoothing (blemishes, stretch marks, evening out tan lines - YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO USE FREQUENCY SEPARATION FOR SKIN ie. actions such as "Skin | Semi-Portrait 8bit") - Eye brightening - Teeth whitening - Removing unwanted people from the background - Adding more color & contrast to the sky - Taking a face from one photo and inserting it into another photo We generate over 200 images per month. The right candidate could retouch all of these images, but we are also open to hiring multiple freelancers if you are qualified, but cannot commit to this type of volume. The ideal turnaround time from us sending you the images (with retouching notes so you know exactly what needs to be done) is 5 days. We usually send images out in bulks of 10-20. This timeline is not set in stone and changes depending on the client, but should give you an idea of the pace we are looking for. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . COMPENSATION We are looking for a long (several month at minimum) term relationship with the ideal candidate/s as we do not have time to train new people consistently. The compensation starts at $3.00/image with potential for increase depending on how many images you retouch for us per month and how long you stay working with us. NEXT STEPS Interested candidates should reach out to us and we will send you a couple of test images with retouching requests to see your skill level. We will use these images as a starting point and then show you our retouching process in more detail (the actions we use, how to keep the photo looking like the style of our brand, etc.). The screening process shouldn't take longer than a couple of hours (if there's a big time difference) and we'd like to get you working as soon as possible.
