Associate Engine Expert to build site

Requirements for this project: 1) someone with experience in customizing Associate Engine script by C3Scripts. this is a MUST. I need a COMPLETE (from top to bottom) website built using Associate Engine script. This means, you need to a) customize the templates, b) fill the stores with relevant CATEGORIES and products of my niche b) design the graphics required c) allow to display adsense on all the pages d) pull in RSS feeds (based on keywords). Feeds are Search Engine friendly (that is NOT javascript) e) install the script f) and ensure its fully running without ERROR. I will only provide you: a) the niche i want to build the pages on b) my ftp server login details c) any other info required needed to complete this project ---- if you have sample of work, please post on PMB. thank you. I will build quite a few of these sites as time goes on so hoping to find a good provider who can do it for me every time.
