a project for xamdam91 only

I'm looking for a spinner program that can pull tickets from ticketmaster based on parameters I set in the program before I initiate the pulling process. The program needs it has to be able to decode CAPTCHA. Example I want floor seats for the Band Rascal Flatts. I can set the parameters in the program and walk away when it pulls floor seats it alerts me by making a nose of some sort. I know this project can be designed because I have seen this program once before.
