I currently have a website that is a SMF forum, pretty basic site. I would like to hire someone to create a rank page based on what they have accomplished on the game. So basically a user is assigned to A flight, they have completed qualification in this aircraft and they get this ribbon. Then there is something like night qualification that can be added etc. Also there is awards just like military gives out as well. I would like for the admin to be able to click on a user, and it displays in the correct format and correct page. I have the basic design for the page, all the pictures for the awards etc.
