I am an expert in screen scraping. Additionally I have exceptional skills in PHP (7 years). I can finish the job in 24 hours. Though my reputation on Freelancer is low. (I'm typically an employer) I have several dozen clients in the United States and UK who use my tools daily. Mostly notably, I developed a real time leads aggregation (scraping) tool to mine sites that are not mobile ready, their owners, parent company if needed and phone numbers and or emails to contact them. The tool combines traditional screen scraping with OCR where text is not available and where pages are not consistent it uses a pattern recognition tool, I created, to automatically sort data into appropriate fields, reducing post scrape data sanitization.
