Clone of Hotel Service and future work

I am looking for a developer with stong graphics ability and can design a clean modern interface. Unlimited hotel room types ( photo uploads and pricing/inventory per room type and per night entry.. ) Service administrator panel- Add modify delete hotels and other functions to be discussed. Hotel administrator panel- Allows hotel owner to control only functions for their hotel. Functions and expectations to be discussed. Hotel guest panel - Show reservations,request cancellation.. Years can be restricted IE. Hotel is only taking reservations for 2006 and 2007 4. Simple to implement new design.. Ie. Templated 5. Calendar based selection. 6. Backend reports for income. 7. Simple user interface and hotel customer backend to print invoices, request cancel and update information. 8. Email export from customer accounts. Very simple. 9. Backend should allow hotel administrator to update room availability and pricing on a daily basis. 10. Backend should allow different taxes to be applied. 11. Discounting applied per reservation.. Ie 5% off all reservations. 12. Discounting applied to certain customer. Ie customer account gets 10% off 13. Simple one use or multi use coupons based on dollar value or percentage. 14. Hotel reservations are deducted for the room type once reservation is placed. 15. Customer administration- Admin can view customers reservations and a history of all transactions. 16. Backend customer searching by state,name,zip or phone. Looking for best price and quickest deployment. I need someone who wants constant php/mysql work and can complete projects quickly.
