Catalog maintenance page

This is a requirement to code a simple maintenance page. This currently exists in perl and some modifications are required to provide some further finctaionalty. The maintenance page has:- Song title, artist, third party supplier (from a combo box), third party code, a sample file edit field, a tone file edit field and some categories. This project will recode this page to allow 5 rows of ringtones per artist/song, rather than 1. The page will allow inserts and edits and also allow categories to be associated. The software will create a master-detail table (meta_catalog, catalog) and store the ids of the catalog rows in columns of the master meta_catalog as well as the catalog. The software will store categories for the song (like Pop, Rock, 1970s). The software will activate the song on various websites (setting a flag in a status table), first authenticating the user with a simple md5 password. More details attached
