Autosurf site script needed

i need auto upgrade script for [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] these are payment processors i need a script that when a user buys a upgrade from these processors it will automaticly upgrade their account.. so so you can see the code used for autoupgrade for stormpay is in a attachment below so you have a guide this will be a VERY easy project so time and price will help me decide whom i choose.
