Bigcommerce - Changes required to checkout process on two sites

1. add a "Click here to continue shopping" button at Your Shopping Cart (see screen shot # Bug_Fix 1) 2. add a "Click here to continue shopping" button at the Secure Checkout at every step of the 5 step checkout process. Place at the top & bottom. (see screen shot # Bug_Fix 2) 3. While in Secure Checkout, change the "Continue" button to "Save & Continue". Add this button at every step of the checkout process ie steps 1,2,3 & 4 - Not step 5. 4. VERY IMPORTANT: The functionality is that by clicking on this button at every step (especially step 2 - Billing & Account Details) the customer details are captured in the back-end AND are not lost if the customer navigates away from this page eg. to continue shopping. Customer should remain logged in. When the customer returns to the checkout they are still logged in and their keyed in details should still be populated in the account details fields in step 2.
