design and implement simple Wordpress theme (repost)

[bids were requested for this job before. The coder who I selected hasn't answered my mail, since I accepted his bid a couple of days ago. This repost is done in case he doesn't answer at all.] The job is to both design, and implement a simple Wordpress theme. Some background: my client is a private person who is going trough a certain experience in his life, which he would like to document online. He expects that he can tell the whole story in 1 or 2 pages, with pictures. Since these pages could be all he ever writes, but there could also be follow-ups, I've chosen for a weblog format. About the design: * the colours should be similar of those at [login to view URL] * it should be simple, and minimal. The content of the site is important, so focus shouldn't be on the design. * but it must still look good and professional. * navigation links should be kept to a minimum - no archives by year or anything, just links to posts with their names in the sidebar * every design element which is default in Wordpress, but not needed, should be removed. Before the design is implemented, we would like to see it as a photoshop .psd file. If you'd like to give the design in another format, please mention this in your bid request. That's about it. As for the implementation: that's pretty straightforward, the design should be implemented in proper valid semantic xhtml+css. Thanks, Ivar ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
