Customization to Careers Website

I am looking to do some enhancements and customizations to my existing website: [login to view URL] The website is a careers (resume and job database) I would like to make some changes to the the job seeker information gathering page and allow the job seeker to upload the resume in word format and display that to employers when they view the resume. Also, I would like to add a ranking system for the job seekers that would have a default to meet certain criteria that the job seeker would be asked in the job seeker information gathering page. I would also like the employer to be able to create a a customized ranking system for job seekers for each requirement. I would also like to change the view of the resume results page to include other fields. Also, I would like to remove the tables and shading in the views to make it easier for the user to read the content. I would also like to add an RSS feeds to the job search result I would also like to add a shopping cart - right now the site is only set up to accept paypal payments ## Deliverables On Homepage fix typo (add comma after "careers" in first paragraph so that the paragraph reads: Whether you are looking for a career, job or employee [login to view URL] will locate what you have in mind. Change "Post Resume" form the following questions will be used to rank each candidate: Preliminary Questions 1. Current Job Title - text input box 2. Total Years of Experience - choices 3. Name of University/College attended - text input box 4. Name of Current Employer - text box 5. How long have you been working for your current employer - multiple choice The above fiels need to be required. Also need the Job Seekers to be able to upload their resume in Word format. For ranking purposes you will need to create a database of the top universities and most prestigous companies (I have this data) - so that the answers to questions 3 & 4 can be measured against that data. The "Resume Search Results" page needs to be changed as well. It should display the answers to the Job Seekers Preliminary questions + links to 3 social networking sites that will automatically pop up a separate window with the search results for that candidate. "Job Seeker's Name" "Current Job Title" University/College Attended Name of Current Employer How long the Job Seeker has been at their current employer link to [login to view URL] link to [login to view URL] link to [login to view URL] When the employer clicks on the "Job Seekers Name" from the Resume Results Page, the Job Seeker's Uploaded Word resume should pop up in a separate window.
